Complete the registration form provided to you by your local Midas Franchise/NAPA Member and either hand it back to the relevant store, fax it to 086 588 9509 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are not sure where to find a Midas Franchise or NAPAP Member in your area, go to our website for a full address and contacts list. (www.napa.co.za/www.midas.co.za) your registration form will also indicate your unique customer code that is to be used for the duration of the promotion. Please ensure you record this number someplace safe. You will be notified via email or sms once our registration form has been received and logged. Registration with more than one Midas Franchise/NAPA Member will be allowed. You will have to complete a separate registration form for each store that you intend to purchase from.
Entry into the monthly draws is done by completing one or more entry forms. Each form has space for 10 numbers, their values and dates that they were issued. Once a form has 10 invoice numbers on it, the entry form should be faxed back to 086 588 9509 or email to email@example.com. Only complete entry forms with 10 different invoice numbers with a minimum of R300.00 per invoice will be eligible for the monthly draw and grand prize draw. It can also be handed in at your local Midas Franchise or NAPA Member, they will forward it to the Midas Head Office. Every completed entry form= one ticket into each monthly draw as well as the Grand prize draw. The more entries you have in the draw, the more chances you have to win.
